Perform base repair, grind, and asphalt overlay on Grant Place, Vanessa Drive, Jody Court, and Harvard Road. While this work was part of the original scope of work, unforeseen field conditions (soft soils) created numerous field changes by City Staff as the work was taking place. As the scope of work continued to change and varied from the original scope, it was decided to track all work on a time and material basis.
