CALL TO ORDER at 6:30 p.m.

Present: Mayor Diaz Nash, Deputy Mayor Newsom, and Council Member Loraine
NEW BUSINESS
1. Sustainability and Infrastructure Commissioner – Interviews The Appointment Subcommittee for the Sustainability and Infrastructure Commission, comprised of Mayor Lisa Diaz Nash, Deputy Mayor Rob Newsom Jr., and Council Member Adam Loraine, with Public Works Director Matt Fabry interviewed the following applicants to fill one vacant seat on the commission and to establish an eligibility list for a future vacancy: Patricia Garcia, Fernando Lorenzo, Edward “Rich” Kranz, Charles Hansen, Theodore McKinnon, and Sergio Zygmunt
Public Comment: there was no public comment.
Following the interviews, the appointment subcommittee deliberated. A consensus direction was provided to recommend to the City Council that Edward “Rich” Kranz be appointed to the vacancy and Theodore McKinnon and Sergio Zygmunt be placed on an eligibility list for a six-month period.
