9 AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN MATEO AND BAKER & TAYLOR TO
PROVIDE LIBRARY MATERIALS AS PRIMARY VENDOR
($500,000 ANNUAL UPPER LIMIT)
This Amendment is made and entered into this day of August 20, 2024, by and between the CITY OF SAN MATEO, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of California ("CITY"), and BAKER & TAYLOR ("VENDOR”).
WHEREAS, City and Baker & Taylor wish to amend the Agreement effective August 20, 2024 to extend the term of this Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree as follows:
1. Section 4 - Term of the Agreement is amended to read:
“The services to be performed under this Agreement shall commence on 16 August 2021 and be completed on or about 19 August 2027.”
2. The remaining terms of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. [SIGNATURE PAGE FOLLOWS]
