NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MATEO, CALIFORNIA, HEREBY RESOLVES that:
1. In accordance with CEQA Guidelines section 15061(b)(3), acceptance of a Public Utility Easement is exempt from CEQA because it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the grant of an easement for storm drain infrastructure may have a significant effect on the environment.
2. The City Council hereby accepts the Grant of Public Utility Easement, from the property owner of 771 Crystal Springs Road on behalf of the City of San Mateo, set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.
3. The City Council hereby authorizes and directs the City Manager to execute the Grant of Public Utility Easement, set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.
4. The City Council hereby authorizes and direct the City Clerk to record the Grant of Public Utility Easement with the San Mateo County Recorder’s office.
