Recommendation
• Introduce the Ordinance amendment of San Mateo Municipal Code Chapter 2.21 “Community Relations Commission” to authorize the CRC to review City matters and make recommendations to City Council that advance the City’s equity and inclusion objectives.

(C): T o study, investigate, review policies, and hold public hearings to advance the City’s equity and inclusion objectives by making recommendations to the City Council.
Making recommendations to City Council to reduce or eliminate existing inequalities and disadvantages.
