San Mateo Police Department Staffing Needs Assessment and Organizational Analysis - Presentation RECOMMENDATION:
Receive an informational presentation from Citygate Associates regarding the Staffing Needs Assessment and Organizational Analysis of the San Mateo Police Department.
BACKGROUND:
The City of San Mateo retained Citygate Associates, LLC, to conduct a staffing needs assessment and organizational analysis study of the Police Department. Citygate staff will provide an informational presentation to include review of adequacy of current and future staffing levels, and organizational structure.
BUDGET IMPACT:
There is no budget impact associated with this informational presentation.
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION:
This presentation is not a project subject to CEQA, because it is an organizational or administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment. (CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5).)
