AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN MATEO AND
RRM DESIGN GROUP
($620,239.00)
This Amendment is made and entered into this day of December 9, 2024, by and between the CITY OF SAN MATEO, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of California ("CITY"), and RRM DESIGN GROUP ("CONSULTANT").
WHEREAS, City and Consultant wish to amend the Agreement effective December 9, 2024, to modify Exhibit A – Scope of Services, of this Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
1. Exhibit A - Consultant’s Description Of Work To Be Perform of the Agreement is amended to add Task H – Revised Construction Drawings and Specifications, which includes the following and as described in Exhibit A to this amendment:
Subtask H.2.2 - Construction Drawings and Specification Revisions Subtask H.3 - Presentation to City Council
Subtask H.4 - Contingency (Optional Task)
2. Section 5 and Task & Fee Summary – Payment of the Agreement is amended to change the fee from $620,239 to $644,379.
3. The remaining terms of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. [SIGNATURE PAGE FOLLOWS]
