Consent Calendar Items 7 and 18, and others, on the Agenda Tonight

Dear Mayor and City Council

There are so many great items of benefit to the climate on the consent calendar tonight (at least 10), but I want to single out two:

Item 7 Increase funding for the Decarbonization Study. This City Council continues to be serious about the climate crisis by giving the Decarbonization Study attention and funding.

Item 18 Bike and pedestrian improvements to Norfolk @ 3rd. I am a senior that drives, rides, and walks that intersection. The proposed project is a significant, much needed improvement.

On behalf of the San Mateo Climate Action Team and so many others doing all we can to respond to the climate crisis, we thank you!

Robert Whitehair (he, him)
