I sincerely appreciate your letter dated February 14, 2025, and your kind invitation to attend the Osaka- Kansai World Expo 2025. The City of San Mateo greatly values our long-standing sister city relationship with Toyonaka, and we are honored to take part in this significant global event.
We gratefully accept your invitation and City Clerk Martin McTaggart will follow up soon with details regarding our delegation and travel arrangements. It is our privilege to participate in the formal welcome reception on July 16, 2025, as well as the scheduled official events, including visits to local facilities and schools. We would be honored to offer remarks at the welcome ceremony.
