0 AMENDMENT OF THE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LEASE
AGREEMENT AND OPERATING AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN MATEO AND
THE SAN MATEO PUBLIC LIBRARY FOUNDATION

This Amendment is made and entered into this day of April 7, 2025, by and between the CITY OF SAN MATEO, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of California ("CITY"), and the SAN MATEO PUBLIC LIBRARY FOUNDATION, a California non-profit corporation ("FOUNDATION").
WHEREAS, City and Foundation wish to amend the Agreement effective retroactively on April 1, 2025 to extend the lease of office space for one year of this Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 of the Agreement is amended to read:
“The term of this Lease shall be extended through March 31, 2026, unless terminated pursuant to Paragraph 20.”
2. The remaining terms of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. [SIGNATURE PAGE FOLLOWS]
