CITY OF SAN MATEO
RESOLUTION NO. ____ (2025)
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR 2655 AND 2755 CAMPUS DRIVE WHEREAS, on April 27th, 2023, the City Manager approved the Subdivision Improvement Agreement for 2655 and 2755 Campus Drive and authorized the Public Works Director to sign the Agreement on February 6th, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the Subdivision Improvement Agreement for 2655 and 2755 Campus Drive addressed various public improvements required as conditions of approval for the project and tentative parcel map approved under PA20-012; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has verified that all planning application conditions of approval and subdivision improvements have been satisfactorily completed and Public Works staff recommends formal acceptance of those improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MATEO, CALIFORNIA, HEREBY RESOLVES that:
1. Accepting public improvements is not a project subject to CEQA, because it is an organizational or administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment. (CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5).)
2. The City Council accepts the public improvements related to the Subdivision Improvement Agreement for 2655 and 2755 Campus Drive dated April 27, 2023 between the City of San Mateo and 2655 CAMPUS POP OWNER, LLC and 2755 CAMPUS POP OWNER, LLC.
