Present: Mayor Newsom, Deputy Mayor Loraine, Council Member: Cwirko- Godycki AB 2449 Requests and Considerations for Meeting Participation by Teleconference due to Just Cause or Emergency Circumstances – there were no requests.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Community Relations Commissioner – Interviews
The Appointment Subcommittee for the Community Relations Commission, comprised of Mayor Robert Newsom Jr., Deputy Mayor Adam Loraine, and Councilmember Danielle Cwirko- Godycki, with Community Development, Housing & Neighborhood Services Manager, Rachel Horst advising. The Subcommittee interviewed the following applicants to fill one vacant seat on the commission and to establish an eligibility list for a future vacancy:

The appointment subcommittee deliberated and concluded with the following recommendations: Lamoin Werlein- Jaen appointed to a full term from June 10, 2025, through June 10, 2029, and Meghan Crowell and David Cole be placed on a six- month eligibility list.
