CALL TO ORDER at 6: 00 p. m.
Roll Call
Present: Mayor Newsom, Deputy Mayor Loraine, Council Members: Fernandez, Cwirko- Godycki and Diaz Nash AB 2449 Requests and Considerations for Meeting Participation by Teleconference due to Just Cause or Emergency Circumstances – there were no requests.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Sustainability & Infrastructure Commissioner – Interview The Appointment Subcommittee for the Sustainability & Infrastructure Commission, Comprised of Mayor, Robert Newsom, Deputy Mayor, Adam Loraine, Councilmember, Nicole Fernandez, Councilmember, Lisa Diaz Nash, and Councilmember, Danielle Cwirko- Godycki, with Public Works Director, Matt Fabry advising interviewed the following applicants to fill one seat on the Commission, two Youth Commissioner seats, and establish an eligibility list for each, should another vacancy occur..

The appointment subcommittee also formed the recommendations that Zachary Scott and Advika Singh be appointed as Youth Commissioners to the Sustainability and Infrastructure Commission for a one- year term, and that Ellie Chiu be placed on a six- month eligibility list.
