RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the minutes of the City Council meetings as follows: the special and regular meetings held on April 7, 2025, and April 21, 2025; and the special meetings held on April 17, 2025, and April 24, 2025.

There is no budgetary impact associated with this minutes approval.
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION:
This minutes approval is not a project subject to CEQA, because it is an organizational or administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment. (CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5).)
