8 AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN MATEO AND
RRM DESIGN GROUP FOR
CENTRAL PARK PHASE 1 CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS AND ADMINISTRATION This Amendment No. 3 is made and entered into this day of July 28, 2025 by and between the CITY OF SAN MATEO, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of California ("CITY"), and RRM DESIGN GROUP ("CONSULTANT").
WHEREAS, City and Consultant wish to amend that certain Agreement dated March 29, 2022, to extend the term of the Agreement; and
WHEREAS, City and Consultant executed Amendment No. 1 on June 5, 2024, to provide additional construction administration services at no cost for the Fallen Heroes Memorial Project; and WHEREAS, City and Consultant executed Amendment No. 2 on December 9, 2024, to reduce the cost of the original playground design and revise construction documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree as follows:
1. Section 4 of the Agreement is amended to read:
The services to be performed under this agreement shall commence on April 1, 2022 and be completed on December 31, 2026.
2. The remaining terms of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. [SIGNATURE PAGE FOLLOWS]
