BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN MATEO AND
FEHR & PEERS FOR
ON-CALL TRANSPORTATION ANALYSIS REPORT PREPARATION

This Amendment is made and entered into this day of ________2026, by and between the CITY OF SAN MATEO, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of California ("CITY"), and FEHR & PEERS ("CONSULTANT").
WHEREAS, CITY and CONSULTANT entered into an Agreement for On-Call Transportation Analysis Report Preparation Services (“Agreement”) on January 23, 2020; and WHEREAS, on July 1, 2024, CITY and CONSULTANT executed Amendment No. 1 to extend the term of agreement to June 30, 2026, and include additional compensation by $150,000, for a revised Agreement amount of $400,000; and
WHEREAS, CITY and CONSULTANT wish to amend the Agreement to extend the term of the agreement and to update CONSULTANT’s payment rates.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
1. Section 4, “Term,” of the Agreement is amended to read:
“The services to be performed under this Agreement shall commence on January 23, 2020 and be completed on June 30, 2028, with option for a one-year extension.”
2. Exhibit B, attached and incorporated by reference, hereby replaces Exhibit B of the Agreement.
3. The remaining terms of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. [SIGNATURE PAGE FOLLOWS]
