CALL TO ORDER at 6: 32 p. m.
Roll Call
Present: Mayor Loraine, Council Member Cwirko- Godycki, and Council Member Newsom Absent and Excused: Deputy Mayor Fernandez and Council Member Diaz Nash
NEW BUSINESS
1. Park and Recreation Youth Commissioner – Interviews
The Appointment Subcommittee for the Park and Recreation Commission, comprised of Mayor Adam Loraine, Councilmember Robert Newsom Jr., and Councilmember Danielle Cwirko- Godycki, conducted interviews with Park and Recreation Director Joanne Magrini advising. The Appointment Subcommittee interviewed the following applicants: Brady L., Jaiveer M., Maya O., Nathaniel W., Olivia E.
Public Comment: There were no speakers.
After interviews concluded, the Appointment Subcommittee for the Park and Recreation Commission deliberated and determined that Maya O. should move forward as the recommended candidate for the vacancy and that Nathaniel W. should be placed on an eligibility list for a period of six months.
ADJOURNMENT – The meeting adjourned at 7: 31 p. m.
