1 CITY OF SAN MATEO
RESOLUTION NO. ____ (2026)

APPROVING CITY-WIDE CAPITAL PROJECT APPROPRIATIONS AND TRANSFERS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-26

WHEREAS, Staff identified several projects that needed some type of correction or an appropriation to balance the project due to updated costs and/or project timelines; and WHEREAS, at the same time, City staff identified certain high priority projects that needed additional funding within this fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, this Resolution addresses funding for specified projects, while a companion resolution addresses funding for the Seal Point Park Replacement Well, and park restroom remodels at the Harborview, Ryder, Shoreview, and Lakeshore parks; and
WHEREAS, the proposed adjustments include appropriations and transfers necessary to reflect actual operational needs, address unanticipated expenditures, and ensure budgetary compliance at year-end.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MATEO, CALIFORNIA HEREBY FINDS AND RESOLVES that:
