1. April 1, 2026, State Legislative Update
Receive and file the 2026 Legislative Update presented by the City's legislative consultant, California Public Policy Group (CPPG), and provide direction to staff on any legislative positions for bills identified herein.
CEQA: This item is not a project subject to CEQA, because it is an organizational or administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment. (CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5).)
