These consultant services are needed to support the City in managing and implementing capital improvement projects.
The City received a total of nineteen (19) proposals and evaluated the proposals based on qualifications such as the firms’ understanding of the projects, experience with similar work, and the technical qualifications of key staff. The on-call consulting firms recommended by staff for each specialization, along with their respective recommended agreement amounts, are summarized in the accompanying table.
