INITIAL FINANCING PLAN
This Financing Proposal represents an estimate of the total development costs and expected funding sources. The City and the Developer acknowledge that the Developer may pursue additional funding options and the list of funding sources described above is not intended to be a limitation on the sources that the Developer may utilize to finance the construction and operation of the Development. The Developer will update the Financing Proposal in accordance with Section 6.3(b) of the Agreement. The Financing Proposal shall be in effect until a Financing Plan is approved by the City pursant to Section 6.3(b).
