● Payment Method: Credit Card, Wire, or ACH
● Active Data (GB) size is based on the post-processed, post de-duplicated high watermark data size.
● Flex Usage for Active Data Storage over 750 GB will be invoiced at $33 per GB per month, or Customer can elect to increase capacity in discounted bulk data packages. ● This Order Form is entered into by and between Logik Systems, Inc. and Customer effective as of the date on which it is fully executed by both parties. ● Governed by attached City of San Mateo Software as a Service Master Agreement.
