CALL TO ORDER at 6:30 p.m.

Present: Mayor Loraine; Deputy Mayor Fernandez; Council Members Cwirko-Godycki, Diaz Nash, and Newsom.
CLOSED SESSION
Public Comment: There were no requests to speak.
1. Conference with Legal Counsel — Anticipated Litigation Initiation of litigation pursuant to paragraph (4) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9: one case The City Council convened into closed session at 6:31 p.m. to consider Agenda Item No. 1. Upon returning to open session, City Attorney Prasanna Rasiah reported that the City Council, by unanimous vote, approved intervening in an action. The action, defendants, and other particulars will be disclosed to any person upon inquiry once the action has formally commenced.
ADJOURNMENT – The meeting adjourned at 6:51 p.m.
