Good morning Ms. Corbin,
I hope you are doing well.
I’m a member of the Contra Costa County Red Cross Leadership council. I’m reaching out on behalf of our leadership council to request a proclamation from the City of San Pablo acknowledging March as Red Cross month. The City of San Pablo has been a great supporter of the Red Cross for many years, and we hope you will continue to support us.
Attached you will find a draft of the proclamation, please amend where necessary to accommodate your format. We will do our best to have a Red Cross member present virtually or in person to receive the proclamation. We would like to receive the proclamation at whichever City Council meeting in March works best. Thank you for your consideration.
