Bajan Security is pleased to submit herewith our letter of interest to bid for the security services for the City of San Pablo and its various public venue locations within the City of San Pablo which includes the Sports Complex at the Park and City Hall.
Since being invited to bid on this opportunity, our team believes, we have the necessary experience to guard and protect the 2-acre site at 1509 RumrilIBlvd with its three turf fields and one additionalfield guarded as necessary. The same is true for the City Halllocation.
As you know, we at Bajan Security have a proven track record in the City of San Pablo in its work with both city and private entities. Our team is comprised of members who have worked together on numerous successfulprqects.

Project Experience
Bajan Security has been actively on patrolat the current locations for the past few years in most locations and recently at City Hall.
We have a strong visible presence when the fields are in use. The security detailpatrols the park hourly. In addition, per the city's request, we monitor the bathrooms as wellas the park, looking out for possible vandals in our efforts to protect not only those individuals in the park but the park's property as well.
Bajan Security provides electronic and timely reports on allactivity at the park as wellas evening functions (Rental) as requested by the city. These reports are provided daily.
References below consist of companies where we are currently providing similar services consisting of lobby patroland Traffic controlas wellas parking enforcement.
Proposed Scope ofServices
Bajan Security currently has a guard patrolling the interior of the park, City Hall, and various sites designated by the city. As a part of our service, Bajan Security has kept unauthorized Individuals from entering the grounds and has been a visible presence to detour unwanted activity at the park and other City locations.
Bajan Security exercises professionaljudgment in analyzing various conditions, emergency situations and whether suspected criminalactivity is happening on the premises Our team members analyze the activity as needed.
Bajan Security willcontinue to work with the EDC on selecting candidates for employment prior to going outside to the public.
Proposed Fee
The proposed rate for this term from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 willbe $27.00/hr. and $25.50 willbe the rate for the park (Sports Complex), alllocations require a minimum of 4 hours per workday.
