Dear Mayor, Vice Mayor, and City Council Members:
Thank you for taking time to listen, and hopefully address, my following comments and concern.
It is my understanding that the monthly EDC Board Meetings are open to the public and are currently being held virtually on the Zoom platform. I would like to take this opportunity to point out that, while the EDC website presents a calendar of upcoming EDC events, including board meetings, the hyperlink for the September Board Meeting takes one to instructions and a link for the May 18, 2022 Zoom meeting. Below I have provided screenshots from yesterday that illustrates this problem.
This has also been the case for the June, July, or August meetings as well and the Zoom link for the May Board Meeting did not allowed virtual access to those meetings. In the spirt of openness and transparency, I hope that the EDC, a non-profit with a significant City of San Pablo financial support, will ensure that they are providing working links to the September and future virtual Board Meetings to allow San Pablo citizen cognizance and engagement with EDC's programs and planning processes.
