Due to current supply chain issue delays, procurement and purchase of all materials to meet April 27, 2023 event timeline must proceed ASAP:
1). City Council Ad-Hoc Subcommittee provides any changes/feedback to City staff on proposed Workplan recommendations for City’s 75th Anniversary Celebration Event; and
2). Recommends an additional one-time FY 2022-23 funding allocation in the amount not to exceed $40,000 for City Council approval on 12/19/22 regular meeting by Resolution.
Note: Additional Ad-Hoc SubCommitee progress meetings will be scheduled with re- designation of new Mayor and Vice-Mayor assignments on January 17, 2023.
