City of San Pablo – MFD, A3 and Services Addendum
Current TIAA Leases and Disposition:
City of San Pablo will have no future obligations to the following leases post install of the new A3 MFD equipment. Below is a complete list of the leases being terminated. o Contract # 20364772 including 8 Samsung X7600GX A3 MFDs o Contract # 20359551 including 2 Samsung X7600GX A3 MFDs o Contract # 20367007 including 1 Samsung X7400GX A3 MFD o Contract # 20367009 including 2 Samsung X7600GX A3 MFDs Pursuant to the current A3 Samsung MFDs, City of San Pablo will have no financial obligation for their return to the designated location determined by TIAA upon receipt of the Return Authorization (RA).
o All A3 Samsung MFDs will be removed from City of San Pablo location(s) at time of install of the new A3 HP MFDs.
NASPO ValuePoint – 140596:
This agreement is to piggyback the NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement # 140596 led by Colorado and for use by approved State Agencies and other entities in the State of California. o Participation for this NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement may be used by all State agencies, institutions of higher institution, political subdivisions and other entities authorized to use statewide contracts in the State of California. o The following products and service are included in this contract portfolio Group A – MFD, A3
