Our philosophyistoworkcollaborativelywithclients, providingclear andopencommunication onaweeklyand/or dailybasisasneededtomeet on-call requests. M&Hwouldprovideasingle point of contact, theEast BayAreaManager (EBAM), toworkdirectlywiththeCity representative. TheEBAMwouldsupport
on-call emergency(short-notice) workaswell
asschedulingthenecessaryresourcesfor
managingongoingor futurework.
Formsof communicationcouldbeassimpleas
aquickphonecall tocheckinonstatusof
on-call worktoweeklyor bi-weeklystanding
meetingstoreviewandplanfor futurework. A
project management matrixwill bebuilt and
distributedtoall partiesinvolvedinthework,
includingtheCityrep. andM&Htrade
contractors, ensuringeveryoneisup-to-date
onprogressandpotential changestowork.

Withmorethan20+full-timeactivecrews, M&Hcaneasilyemploythenecessaryresourcesat short noticetoaccommodateemergencywork(sameday) or adesignatedcrewfor rolling, ongoingscheduledwork.
Proceduresfor Short-noticeOn-call Work
1. Cityrep. will notifyM&HEBAMof newwork. M&HEBAMwill beavailablebyphone. In addition, M&Hwill provideacompany-wide24/7emergencyphonenumber that will be directedtotheEBAMaswell.
2. M&HEBAMwill meet withtheCityrep. onsite(assoonaspossible) toevaluatethe scopeof workandrequiredtimeline.
3. TheEBAMwill thenselect theappropriateteamtoperformthework. Thisteamwill includeaproject PM/PEandForemanwithasuitablecrew. ThePM/PEwill betheM&H point of contact duringthedurationof theworktoensureclear communicationwith scopecompliance, scheduling, andlogistics.
