The State Coastal Conservancy (“the Conservancy”) and City of San Pablo (“the grantee”) agree to amend their Agreement No. 20-021 as follows:
The amount of this agreement is increased to $1,150,000.00 (one million one hundred fifty thousand dollars.)
All other terms and conditions of the existing agreement shall remain in effect.
The provisions on the following pages constitute a part of this agreement.
