Thisproject wascompletedsafely, inatimelymanner byorchestratingatrafficcontrol plananddispatchingthenecessaryequipment andpersonnel. Weprideourselvesinour abilitytoworksafelyandefficientlybyusingstateof theart equipment.Safety, communicationandavailabilityarejust afewof our corevalues.

Emergencyresponsecallsaredispatchedimmediately, wegenerallyarriveonsitewithinanhour of notification, HTSisavailablefor 24/7emergencies.Intheevent of anunfortunateemergencyour officestaffwill receivethecall oremail, assembleanddispatchthenecessarycrewandequipment tocompletethejob. Emergencieswill consist of trafficcontrol staff, signs, conesandlights.Dependingonthesizeof thejobtheappropriatedumptruck/ aerial truckchipper andcrewwill arrive.
Our standardnon-emergencyscheduleisabletoaccommodatea1-14dayresponse. Weareabletoaccommodateduetotheurgencyof theproject.HTSwill arrangethescheduletoaccommodatethespecificneedsof thecity.Sometimesthisconsistsof workingevenings, holidaysandweekends.Oftentimesweobtainanencroachment permit that will onlyallowustoworkonnonrushhours. If additional workarisesunexpectedly, weareabletoprovideadditional equipment andpersonnel asneeded.
