City Manager Matt Rodriguez made preliminary remarks introducing the Item. Interim Finance Director, Heather Rowden, Public Works Director, Allan Panganiban and Senior Civil Engineer, Matt Brown presented the item and answered Committee questions.
No Public Comment was received.
A motion was made by Pabon-Alvarado seconded by Ponce.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 2 - Mayor Ponce and Councilmember Pabon-Alvarado
