Request to waive fees for the Summer / Fall 2024 season On April 19, 2024 Andre Williams, President of the San Pablo Cowboys Youth Association (SPCYA), submitted a letter to the City of San Pablo requesting the waiver of fees for Davis Park Multi-Use and Mini Sports Fields and the Davis Park Concession.
July 6-December 20, 2024
Monday – Friday 6:30 pm-9:00 pm July 8-August 9, 2024*
Monday – Friday 4:30 pm-9:00 pm staring Aug 12
Saturday – Sunday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Exceptions: City Holidays/Closure Dates

PURPOSE/BACKGROUND
• SPCYA offers a diverse youth football and cheerleading program that provides approximately 100 San Pablo youth the ability to travel to numerous cities and compete against various football and cheerleading teams. • Non-profit partner Peacemakers Inc.,
• Peacemakers Inc’s 501(c)(3) status is in good standing • All insurance certificates are current
• Once SPCYA registration has closed and final rosters have been received, staff will review and report the residency findings to the City Manager.
FIELD FEE WAIVER REQUEST

Total waiver of rental fees: $21,765
$50 application fee not eligible for fee waiver
Conditions of fee waiver:
• Have a representative participate in at least two major City events • Provide City of San Pablo residents a reduced registration rate compared to non-residents
• A majority of participants registered in SPCYA’s 2024 Summer /Fall season program must be City of San Pablo residents.
