SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING
SERVICES is effective the 18th day of June, 2024, by and between the CITY OF SAN PABLO, a municipal corporation ("City") and Constance Riedinger dba Riedinger Consulting (“Consultant”).
R E C I T A L S
WHEREAS, on November 15, 2023, CITY and Consultant entered into an Agreement for forensic scheduling consulting services (“Agreement”); and
WHEREAS, effective February 15, 2024, City and Consultant entered into a First Amendment to Agreement for Consulting Services, modifying the terms of that Agreement to add Additional Services to the Scope of Services and increase compensation by $25,000, for a total compensation not to exceed $50,000; and
WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to further modify the terms of that Agreement related to Section 2, “Compensation;”
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES DO MUTUALLY AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
1. COMPENSATION. Section 2 of the Agreement, “Compensation” is amended to include the following provision:
“For services rendered in accordance with this Agreement, CITY shall pay Consultant an additional amount not to exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000), for a total compensation under this Agreement as amended not to exceed Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000).”
2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect.
