RESOLUTION 2025-###
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN PABLO
REAPPOINTING ROBERTA FELICIANO TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR THE TERM FEBRUARY 2025 THROUGH FEBRUARY 2029
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission functions as an appointed advisory body to the City Council on a range of planning and zoning related issues (e.g., annexation, rezoning, land use planning, etc.);
WHEREAS, members of the Planning Commission are required to be San Pablo residents;
WHEREAS, the term of c urrent member Robert a Feliciano expires in February 2025;
WHEREAS, a Notice of Vacancies was posted on December 10, 2024;
WHEREAS, one application was received for consideration;
WHEREAS, the City Council receive d public comment and deliberated and nominated applicant by formal motion and majority vote; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm, with all meetings subject to the Ralph M. Brown Act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the foregoing recitations are true and correct, and are included herein by reference as findings; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of San Pablo hereby reappoints ROBERTA FELICIANO to the Planning Commission for the term February 2025 through February 2029.
