RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN PABLO
REAPPOINTING SARA ORTEGA , GENOVEVA CALLOWAY , AND VICKY CHONG
FOR A TWO -YEAR TERM TO THE SAN PABLO COMMUNITY FOUNDATION
GRANTS REVIEW COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the San Pablo Community Foundation (SPCF) Grants Review Committee functions as an appointed advisory body to the City Council;
WHEREAS, members of the SPCF Grants Review Committee shall either reside or have a principal place of business in the city limits of San Pablo;
WHEREAS, former member Sara Ortega submitted an application for appointment for another two-year term;
WHEREAS, current member Genoveva Calloway submitted an application for reappointment for a new two-year term;
WHEREAS, current member Vicky Chong submitted an application for reappointment for a new two-year term; and
WHEREAS, the SPCF Grants Review Committee meets two to three times in a calendar year to receive the grants and make recommendations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the foregoing recitations are true and correct, and are included herein by reference as findings; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San Pablo hereby reappoints Sara Ortega, Genoveva Calloway, and Vicky Chong to serve on the San Pablo Community Foundation Grants Review Committee for a two -year term expiring on February 28, 2027.
