CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:01 p.m. in the Council Chambers.

AND UPDATE THE DRAFT CITY COUNCIL PRIORITY WORKPLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-27 PERIOD
CEQA: This proposed action is not a project as defined by CEQA. 25-077
Approved
5:15 p.m. Matt Rodriguez, Maria Ojeda, and Allan Panganiban presented, Patrick Ibarra from Mejorando Group conducted Workshop.
A motion was made by Councilmember Pineda, seconded by Councilmember Xavier, that this Presentation be Approved. The motion carried.
ROLL CALL
Council called a 5 minute recess and re- convened at 6:58 p.m.
Present: 5 - Councilmember Patricia Ponce, Councilmember Abel Pineda, Councilmember Rita Xavier, Vice Mayor Elizabeth Pabon-Alvarado, and Mayor Arturo Cruz A motion was made by Councilmember Pabon, seconded by Councilmember Xavier, that Public Comments be limited to one minute. The motion carried.
