AND IMPLEMENTATION PLAN (UPDATE)

Recommendation: Receive presentation; Authorize City Manager and PD Staff to thoroughly evaluate/review the three (3) bids for the technology upgrade project; and recommend formal consideration and approval to the City Council of all necessary contracts and expenditures to ensure program implementation during FY 2025-26 using SLESF fund appropriation for subsequent City Council approval at a future date.
