CONTRA COSTA TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT No. 07W.08
with the CITY OF SAN PABLO
for I-80/San Pablo Dam Road Interchange
Amendment No. 1
WHEREAS, the Contra Costa Transportation Authority and the City of San Pablo entered into Cooperative Agreement No. 07W.08 on December 20, 2023 (“Agreement”); and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Agreement to include a contribution of $220,000 (Two Hundred and Twenty Thousand Dollars) in City of San Pablo local funds for the project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT MUTUALLY AGREED:
(1) That a new article (Article 9) be added to Section I stating:
“Following receipt of invoices from AUTHORITY, to deposit with the AUTHORITY $220,000 to help defray the cost of the final design and right-of-way clearance activities for the PROJECT.”
(2) That a new article (Article 14) be added to Section II stating:
“To prepare and submit invoices to CITY in the amount of $220,000 following execution of this agreement.”
(3) That all other items and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in effect.
In witness whereof, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment No. 1 to Cooperative Agreement No. 07W.08 effective as of the 19th day of December 2025.
