I need a point of contact to gather additional information for the Proclamation request before City Council approval for Pastor Otha Johnson's 103rd birthday.
Currently, City staff has limited information from your initial submission and no designated contact to facilitate the creation of an appropriate Proclamation before the City Council on February 17, 2026.
Additionally, I have not yet received confirmation if Pastor Otha Johnson can attend the March 2, 2026, City Council meeting to receive the Proclamation once it is approved by the City Council next week.
Please provide the necessary information and confirmation by Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 12 noon.
Without this, City staff will be unable to proceed with the Proclamation request for the upcoming City Council meeting on February 17, 2026.

I received the message below asking if the city could issue a proclamation for a pastor who served in San Pablo for almost 50 years and is turning 103 years old..

I hope everything's going well. I wanted to see if you could help me in getting a proclamation from the City of San Pablo for Pastor Otha Johnson who's going to be celebrating his 103rd Birthday at the end of this month.
Johnson was Pastor of Rock Of Ages Missionary Baptist Church on 1829 Market Ave., in San Pablo for almost 50 years. He's been retired for the past 8 years at this point. The church is having an event for him on February 28th to celebrate his 103rd Birthday. I was hoping we could have something from the city to recognize him. Let me know if that's possible.
