FY 2024-25 STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE AND REVIEW FOR PERIOD ENDING JUNE 30, 2025

We, the San Pablo Independent Citizens’ Oversight Committee members, duly appointed by the San Pablo City Council, met officially on Thursday, May 28, 2026 , and conducted an official review of all pertinent audited financial statements conducted by the City’s Independent Auditor, Maze & Associates; program expenditures; and program evaluation reports from the City of San Pablo City Manager and staff.
We certify that all Measure S Transaction and Use Tax related program expenditures and revenues for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025 were spent in accordance with the Measure S Transaction and Use Tax official ballot language as adopted by the local electorate on November 3, 2020.
Under the authority conferred, staff is authorized to affix signatures of each member of the Citizens Oversight Committee and by virtue thereof authorized to present at the next San Pablo City Council meeting.
