SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING
SERVICES is effective the 24th day of August, 2026, by and between the CITY OF SAN PABLO, a municipal corporation ("City") and Riedinger Consulting, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Consultant”).
R E C I T A L S
WHEREAS, effective March 1, 2026, CITY and Consultant entered into an Agreement for the provision of forensic scheduling consulting services in an amount not to exceed $30,000, with the Agreement expiring June 30, 2027 (“Agreement”); and
WHEREAS, by First Amendment effective July 15, 2026, the parties agreed to increase maximum compensation by up to $20,000, for total compensation under the Agreement not to exceed $50,000; and
WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to further modify the terms of that Agreement related to Compensation;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES DO MUTUALLY AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
1. COMPENSATION. Section 2 of the Agreement, “Compensation,” is amended to include the following provision:
“On a deliverables basis at the hourly rate(s) as set forth in Exhibit A to the Agreement effective March 1, 2026, City shall pay Consultant up to an additional Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000), for a total compensation under this Agreement as amended not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000).”
2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect.
