Subject: Looming Evictions
I implore the City to extend the eviction moratorium until at least September 31st. The Rent Program is still in disarray and hasn't even started to pay back-due utilities, considered part of rent by ERAP. In addition, 10% of ERAP funds are reserved for Housing Stability, which I can't make the County understand. They are unresponsive and evasive. At least let the residents of San Rafael have some peace!
