For example, we live on Bryn Mawr, with Marin Academy as our neighbor. They currently adhere to non-residential noise ordinance guidelines with construction and maintenance, however they often exceed noise ordinance guidelines for residential neighborhoods. I propose, that as a residential neighbor, the codes should have them adhere to residential noise ordinance guidelines, as that is the intent of the noise ordinances.

Leaf blowers in residential properties may operate only during:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday to Sunday and Holidays: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Leaf blowers in non-residential properties may operate only during:
Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday to Sunday and Holidays: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
