Subject: I was missinformed about yesterday 16:30 meeting
Please note:
I was told the public was aloud to address the meeting with suggestions and advice.
It made sense to me because this public meeting was about one subject and public could have enough time to point out suggestions and advice..
I was not aware the public was only aloud 2 minutes to speak.
What I was trying to explain was the cause why we have these problems and suggestions on what could be done to correct them.
1. Homeless epidemic....
A. Home property taxes is the cause why we have homeless people because they can not afford the added burden the property taxes put on the cost of a home.
B. Investors that buy homes or build apartments to rent...!? They should pay regular taxes as it is now when you buy products.
The mathematical research I have done has given me some % idea of how much the tax should be.
NO TAXES ON FOOD AS IT IS NOW.
C. Too many elderly loose their houses because their children and them can not afford to pay property taxes.
2. Our Curriculum in our schools ....
A. We need to teach our children when they learn how to speak and write:
Always AGREE TO DISAGREE.
Listen to each other in a polite way why you disagree so you will learn.
This will be opening the door to find common grounds.
B. Always give everyone the benefit of the doubt and respect.
If someone insult you?!
Only answer I respect your opinion.
If some one only wants to make trouble?! Just answer I respect your opinion thank you and leave.
C. We need to have our students in school to wear the same uniform to give them identity and make them feel part of a team.
3.Money to the Central Bank to pay for goods and services.
A Put a value of seven millions dollars to each citizen to be used as credit by the Central Bank to help pay for:
Education, doctors and hospitals, pensions, unemployment, health and welfare etc...
backed else by a flat tax that I will explain later.
