I just learned about the proposed 8-story, multi-use building and I hope it's not too late to contribute my thoughts. As a long-time San Rafael resident, I feel that such a large building might be okay for local businesses, but it violates the spirit of the neighborhood and the city which has made it such a comfortable place for us to live all these years.
