Once again, the City of San Rafael is thinking about little things that will hurt the masses more than the bigger things that are here, and you do nothing about. Stop throwing bombs at Restaurants and Fast Food or Drive Throughs or our Newest Food Entrepreneurs' the Food Truck Businesses. These places are hardly making it in San Rafael after you helped close them down or made them serve outside during Covid.
With the economy being a disaster, it is even harder for them to make a profit. Now you are tying their hands and feet with this gross Ordinance. Now you will make the public ask for cups that won't burn your hand and make businesses charge 0.25 for the pleasure. You also make the unknowing public have to ask for a fork so they can eat their meal. Maybe there should be a sign entering "San Rafael a Town with a Mission" "to eat here bring your
own plate fork knife spoon
and cup or go home!"
