My name is Miranda and my family and I live in Novato. I am writing to ask you to take urgent and immediate action to pass tenant protections in San Rafael to stop the displacement, evictions, and unjust rent increases that are threatening our community, especially the Canal. Everyone has a right to fair and affordable housing and as financial pressures rise with inflation, it’s important to advocate for the community members who need this the most.
