Hello,
I read the proposed ordinance regarding camping on public lands, but it does not seem to me to go far enough. I do not want to see campers at Falkirk or along Andersen. Surely the city has a campground where a homeless encampment could be placed until a more permanent housing solution can be found. If not a campground, then place the homeless again under the freeway as during the covid period. They are still in the public eye but at least in one place and not scattered all over the city.
Between the litter on our streets / US 101 and the homeless, the city/county is looking more and more like a third world country.
