I am the co-chair of Walk/Bike San Rafael, writing on behalf of our community based organization of 80+ members. We are supportive of the adoption of tonight's Agenda Item 6: San Rafael Local Road Safety Plan. As people who walk and/or bike in San Rafael, it's so important that we adopt this plan and a proposed Vision Zero Action Plan to make our streets and city safer for people outside of cars and trucks. I encourage you to vote to adopt this agenda item and continue to push for further local road improvements to make our community safer.
